John has over two years of sell-side and buy-side mergers & acquisitions experience, primarily focused on the TMT and industrials sectors. Prior to joining Greif & Co., John worked on the industrials team at Alantra, a global middle-market investment bank headquartered in Madrid, Spain. His work experience also includes Drake Star, a technology-focused M&A investment bank, and Skyview Capital, a middle-market private equity firm investing in the TMT, consumer, and industrial sectors.
John graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he earned a Master of Science in Finance. He also graduated with a B.A. degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Pomona College, where he played center on three Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championship basketball teams for the Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens.
