Xavier has over two years of mergers & acquisition experience primarily focused on the aerospace, defense, and government services sectors. Prior to joining Greif & Co., Xavier was a Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant with Guidehouse, a Bain Capital portfolio company and professional services firm delivering advisory, technology, and managed services headquartered in the greater Washington DC area. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Associate with KippsDeSanto & Co., a subsidiary of Capital One and middle-market investment bank primarily focused on the aerospace, defense, and government services sectors. Xavier also served as a Senior International Trade Compliance Advisor with Raytheon Technologies, a leading defense contractor, and worked as an associate intern at Technology Capital Partners, a TMT-focused private equity firm. He began his career in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Psychological Operations Specialist.
Xavier graduated cum laude with a B.A. degree in International Relations from Arizona State University. He also holds an M.B.A. degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with a concentration in Financial Analysis and Valuations.
